Meet your big sisters, for periods.

OUR MISSION

We are on a mission to create educational content on the entire spectrum of women’s health. We believe that when people are equipped with information they’re better able to make informed choices from an empowered place.

In this podcast there’s no such thing as too much information, we’re not holding anything back and covering the topics you might be too embarrassed to ask about. Expect epic guests including experts in women’s health and people with lived experience.

We want to empower women with education and create an opportunity to share real-life stories that will make you laugh and cry.
